Located at the Abbey of Petit Quincy , Domaine Dominique Gruhier is one of the strong and strictly local names of the Tonnerrois region. The site has a true historical dimension: the estate was founded as early as 1212 and the Gruhier family revived it from 1990 onwards, breathing new life into this remarkable site.

The estate covers approximately 32 hectares and offers several wines from local appellations, including Bourgogne Épineuil (Pinot Noir) and Bourgogne Tonnerre (Chardonnay), as well as other wines from the area.
