In the city centre, Boulangerie Casaubon offers traditional breads and pastries, but above all… very good gougères.
A Burgundian cheese specialty, they're perfect as an aperitif while camping or to accompany a glass of Tonnerre or Épineuil wine at the end of the day. We tried them... and they're worth the trip.
